Aerobic Exercise
Aerobic exercise mainly refers to a channel of physical exercise in which the human body is adequately supplied with oxygen. These exercises include jogging, walking, sprinting, cycling, swimming, aerobics, skipping rope, etc. These exercises are all aerobic exercises and are good for your health.
